Set a Client Meeting

at a Legal Navigator Access Point

🔻 What is this tool for? Who should use it?

Legal aid attorneys/staff or volunteer attorneys can use this tool to schedule a videoconference with a client at one of our Legal Navigator Access Points.

🔻 What should I expect?

When you start the app, you'll confirm which location you'd like to set the meeting up at. You will see a calendar with that location's current availability that you can coordinate with you and your client's own calendars.

After confirming availability, you'll put in details about the client's appointment, and have the option to set up meeting reminders for client.

If you choose a reminder, the client will receive a text or email notification one day prior to their meeting with the time and location (address) of their meeting.
